The Lathebe Skills Development Initiative is dedicated to empowering young people through education, innovation, and mentorship. We believe that every youth deserves the opportunity to build practical skills and achieve their full potential.
Since our founding in 2021, we have trained hundreds of youth in fields such as digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and vocational skills. Our programs aim to reduce unemployment and promote self-sustainability among young individuals.

2021
Lathebe Skills Development Initiative is founded with a single digital literacy pilot program.
2022
Expanded into vocational training, partnering with local trade schools.
2023
Launched the Entrepreneurship track and crossed 300 students trained.
2025
Reached 500+ students trained across 15 communities, with a 95% employment rate among graduates.
